Dogs/Pets are welcome in Exbury Caravans only, at a cost of £35.00 weekly or part week.

It is advisable to check availability, particularly during mid - peak booking periods.

Booking Forms should be completed in detail and returned with a deposit of £50.00 per week. The balance is due four weeks prior to arrival. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

DOWNTON HOLIDAY PARK Rules and terms and conditions of booking

Occupants of caravans must behave in a sensible and responsible manner at our Holiday Park, and with due regard to other guests. Musical Instruments, Radios and Televisions must not be used in a manner audible to other occupants or guests. All noise should be kept to a minimum after dark in order not to disturb others.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our caravans, or public places inside. Care should be taken around the site and no smoking signs must be observed.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance as we are unable to offer refunds.

Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Ball games, Frisbees and kites or Chinese Lanterns are not permitted to be used anywhere on the Holiday Park.

Children must be supervised by an adult on the outdoor play equipment at all times..

No caravan may be used for sleeping more persons than for which it was designed for, or is stated in our brochure (Babies are included in the total)


A maximum of three domestic pets are allowed by arrangement. Dogs must be kept under control at all times and any fouling must be cleared up and disposed of in one of our outside bins..
Pets must not be left alone in a caravan at any time.
The speed limit on the Holiday Park is 5 miles per hour.
Boats or large commercial vehicles are not allowed on the Holiday Park.
Trailers, box trailers, commercial vehicles and the like must have prior consent before being allowed on the Holiday Park, and if consent is given, may be subject to an additional fee.
No business may be transacted in any caravan on the Holiday Park.
Barbecues are permitted but should be sited well away from gas supplies and other combustible materials. No barbeque is to be left unattended at any time. Disposable types must not be placed directly on grass areas.
Bed linen must be used on all occupied beds during your stay and can be hired at reception if you require.
We can hire travel cots and high chairs, bedding and towels.
We reserve the right to add to or amend these rules if the circumstances arise.
Occupiers repeatedly not abiding to these rules may be asked to leave; we will not then give a refund.
Teenage or single gender groups are only accepted at our discretion.
Only one parking space is permitted per caravan. Should you need to bring more, we will do our best to allocate you a parking space nearby.
Balances must be paid no less than 28 days prior to the commencement of your holiday, holidays booked with less than 28 days before the start must be paid in full.
