Dogs
are welcome in Exbury Caravans, at a cost of £30.00
per week (or part week).
It is advisable to check availability, particularly in peak periods.
Booking
Forms should be completed in detail and returned with a deposit
of £50.00 for each week. The balance is due four weeks
prior to arrival. No booking is confirmed until the deposit
has been received.
Accommodation
is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival
and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day
of departure.
Caravans
shown in the brochure are examples only and the caravans available
may differ slightly. No responsibility accepted for loss, damage
or injury to persons on their property during visit. We regret that
no refunds are possible. Holiday insurance is advised.
We
accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Switch,
Solo, Visa Delta and Electron.
DOWNTON HOLIDAY
PARK RULES:
Occupants of caravans
must behave in a sensible and responsible manner to all other visitors
to the Holiday Park: in particular Musical Instruments, Radios and
Televisions must not be used in a manner audible to occupants of
other caravans.
Ball games, the
use of Frisbees and kites are not allowed anywhere on the
Holiday Park.
Children should be supervised on the outdoor play equipment.
No caravan may
be used for sleeping more persons than for which it was designed,
or the
number stated in our brochure.
A maximum of two domestic pets are allowed by arrangement. Dogs
must be kept under control at all times and any fouling must be
cleared up. Pets may not be left alone in caravans
at any time.
The speed limit
on the Holiday Park is 5 miles per hour.
Boats,
or motor homes are not allowed on the Holiday Park
Trailers, box
trailers, commercial vehicles and the like must have prior consent
before being allowed on the Holiday Park, and if consent is given,
may be subject to an additional fee.
No business may
be transacted in any caravan on the Holiday Park.
Barbecues should
be sited well away from gas supplies and other combustible materials
and must not be left unattended whilst alight. Disposable barbecues
must not be placed directly on grassed areas.
