GENERAL INFORMATION

We have Four categories of caravan entitled OAK, FOREST, SWAY and EXBURY.

The OAK (35ft by 12ft), is our largest model, and with three bedrooms, can accommodate up to eight people. It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with additional sleeping area in the lounge.
The FOREST and SWAY (28ft by 12ft), is a two-bedroom caravan and can accommodate up to six people. It has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with additional sleeping area in the lounge.
The EXBURY (either 28ft x 12ft or 28ft x 10ft 2 bedroom or 35ft x 12ft 3 bedroom) and is a category for guests who wish to bring their pets on holiday with them.

All caravans have a fitted shower and toilet, hot and cold water, fridge, gas or electric cooker and colour TV. Duvets (blankets for additional sleeping areas), pillows, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover(s), towels, tea cloths and tablecloth.

Gas and Electricity included in prices.

Pets welcome in specified units.

We do accept bookings from single sex or non family groups at our discretion and guests are required to comply with park rules.
