BUY & LET SCHEME

If you buy a caravan, you could let the caravan out at our prices if you wish .We can let it for you or you can arrange your own letting.
The total cost will add on siting (£4000) and transport. Annual charges (only £2422 per annum approx.) includes rent, VAT, water and sewerage. If you buy during the season then the site fees are pro rata for that season. There are several types of caravans available and brochures of them can be seen at the park. Several different makes may be inspected at the park.
We sell caravans at a very low price and our annual site fees are very competitively priced as well.

I suggest you telephone for an appointment to visit the park. Accommodation can probably be booked if necessary. There are very few new pitches available and a prompt decision
